Yes — our courses are live and interactive. Attendance at all sessions is required to achieve your final certification. If you have a pre-existing commitment on a session date (such as a company conference or discovery day), please reach out to academy@fieldcoachexperts.com for options.

Q: Can I join from outside North America?

Absolutely. The ACcelerator is offered in both AM and PM cohorts to accommodate multiple international time zones. Participants join from across North America and beyond.

Q: How is the ACcelerator different from individual ACademy courses?

The ACcelerator is the full 5-month certification program leading to your Certified Field Coach (CFC) designation. Individual ACademy courses are shorter, self-paced learning opportunities on specific topics. Both are valuable — the ACcelerator is the complete, structured curriculum that leads to full certification.
