Learn More About Our Team

Not a Curriculum Built in a Classroom — Built in the Field

Every ACademy program is grounded in the AC Inc. Strategic Growth Coaching (SGC) Framework — a proprietary coaching methodology developed through years of real-world franchise support across North America, UK and Australia.

The SGC Framework gives franchise business coaches a clear, repeatable structure for every coaching conversation: one that builds trust, drives accountability, and creates measurable progress for franchisees at every stage of their journey.

Our facilitators don't just teach the SGC Framework. They helped shape it. They use it every day inside real franchise systems — which means every session they lead is grounded in what actually works in the field, not what sounds good in theory.
